Food:
cereal with blueberries
salad (with viniegrette dressing)
3/4 container of yogurt (I didn't much care for it)
cherries
pineapple
watermelon
freeze pop x 2
corn on the cob
watermelon, cherries, pineapple
turkey/cheese sandwhich on light bread.
pudding
Activity
20 minute walk at work
attempt at a 60 minute Richard tape, but I faltered after 10 minutes
Then opted to go for a walk for 25 minutes instead
Now I am sitting here in my bra and undies sweating and blogging.....
