You know that commercial that advertises an arthritis medicine? It says, "A body in movement remains a body in movement; a body at rest tends to stay a body at rest". That seems to be pretty true for me. The longer I laze around, the more difficult it is to get moving. So I like to get up and moving, especially in the summer, as early as I can.
I didn't think I'd get a roller blade in today, but I did! I always forget how good it feels to be rolling on down the pavement. The trail is still not finished so it makes it a little annoying to rollerblade, but I still managed to get a 40 minute blade in today!
