Staying Stagnant

Another Wednesday Weigh Day.  I didn't anticipate great gains this week just because of my work schedule, heat, and lack of exercise.  I'm pretty proud that even when I have worked doubles, I have brought my own well balanced lunches.  So I hopped on the scale this morning to find that I indeed did gain one pound.  Then I pooped.  Wondering if that would have made a difference, I hopped on the scale one again to find that it did make a little difference, but not enough to actually have lost anything this past week.  I'm stuck were I was a week ago (143), but at least I didn't gain which is my greatest fear. 

Yesterday's Food:

Cereal with Blueberries

pineapple and cherries
shrimp
veggies with spinach dip

pudding with strawberries

nectarine

salad
yogurt
a small portion watermelon

granola bar

Activity:
Not heart pumping activity, but I did some errands for a coworker before work which involved a few trips across the skywalk.
