Its Wednesday Weigh Day! Today I learned I have lost a total of 12 pounds! Its hard to believe that I was 12 pounds heavier than I am right now. Goodness. I am certain that the tank top I am wearing today would not have fit me one month ago. Nor would have the pants I wore to work just the other day. I'm gaining more of a wardrobe each day and instead of dreading getting dressed in the morning, I have come to embrace it.
Food:
Cereal with Strawberries
Cottage cheese
Veggies (broccoli, carrots) with spinach dip
Fruit (watermelon, cherries)
More watermelon and cherries
One serving Shrimp (7 shrimp worth 80 calories total) with tartar sauce
veggies (broccoli, peas, carrots) with spinach dip
fruit (pineapple, cherries, watermelon)
frozen yogurt with whipped cream :)
Freeze pop
Activity:
hike 45 minutes
walk 45 minutes (leisure walk)
