Now that I have turned the calendar page, it is a lot more difficult to figure out what "day" I am on. What day of this healthy quest that is. Before, all I needed to do is add one to whatever the date was. Now it will be a bit more tricky.
A fun and busy day off today. Wish I could get paid for having fun and busy days off. Back to work tomorrow.
Food:
cereal with blueberries
1/2 PB&H sandwich
cherries and watermelon
grapes
veggies with dip
delicious corn on the cob
delicious salad (with turkey and peanuts for protein)
delicious bowl of assorted fruit
Frozen Yogurt (also delicious)
Activity:
Mowed my lawn plus pruned a tree and various yard work for a total of 45 minutes
45 minute hot hike in the woods
40 minute extra hot lawn mowing at mom's
20 minute Richard.
And now I am waiting a thunderstorm. Its getting dark :)
