Remaining Accountable

Some days writing this is a chore, but I still like to get at least a little something down so that I remain accountable.  My blog really is my greatest tool.

Food:
Cereal with blueberries

granola bar

1/2 turkey/avocado wrap
fresh fruit

handful of nuts with chocolate chips

2 pieces of toast with PB&H
small portion mandarin oranges

frozen yogurt

Activity:
nice hike for 60 minutes
